We do not sell, underwrite, or issue insurance policies. We are not an insurance company, insurance agent, or insurance broker licensed to sell insurance.

Any insurance policy purchased through a provider we connect you with is a separate agreement between you and that provider. We are not a party to that agreement and have no responsibility for the terms, conditions, pricing, or performance of any insurance policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law to use our Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

5. No Guarantee of Coverage or Rates

We make no guarantee that submitting a quote request will result in any specific coverage offer, rate, or policy being available to you. Insurance eligibility, pricing, and availability are determined solely by the individual insurance providers and are subject to their underwriting standards and applicable laws.

6. Consent to Contact

By submitting a quote request, you expressly consent to being contacted by licensed insurance providers in our network via phone, email, or text message, including automated means, regarding your insurance request. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of further communications at any time by notifying the provider directly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written permission.

8. Prohibited Uses
